    Leah Santos cofounded Imobilia Real Estate and Renter’s Café in 2008.  She has over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry, specializing in luxury homes and condos in South Beach.  Recruited at 22 to head The Limited and later the Victoria’s Secret stores, she has 8 years of leadership experience at several retail corporations, including  merchandising management and sales.   Ms. Santos consistently ranked top 5 in the country in units per transaction/ sales volume.   She finally decided to dedicate to her ultimate passion - real estate investing. Since then she has created a large sphere of influence and tangible contact relationships. She is the head of the short sale department, and has negotiated over 50 short sales with lenders to date.

    Daniela Natasha Valle, P.A. is one of our Brickell/Downtown/Midtown experts.  Originally from Miami, Daniela Natasha Valle graduated from the University of Phoenix with a degree in International Business.  Putting her degree to use Daniela started her Real Estate career 8 years ago in Orlando FL, specializing in the sales of fractional and vacation ownership with the two most world renowned companies in this field, Hilton Worldwide and Starwood Resorts.  Having sold properties all over the world Daniela Natasha Valle has great knowledge of global markets and working in diverse atmospheres.  This is why Daniela Natasha Valle has returned to Miami, Her love for cultures, people, and finding her clients the perfect property has made her a huge asset in todays aggressive marketplace.
